How location-based guidance works

For every code- or safety-sensitive question, the user should identify the country, state/province/territory, municipality, authority having jurisdiction, project type, and relevant date. The adviser then separates model codes from adopted law, national rules from local amendments, mandatory requirements from voluntary standards, and project requirements from general guidance. If those facts are missing, the adviser should provide a location-neutral verification path instead of guessing.

IBC, IRC, OSHA, and ASTM

The International Building Code and International Residential Code are model codes; the controlling requirement depends on the edition and amendments adopted by the responsible jurisdiction. U.S. construction-safety research should begin with the current official 29 CFR Part 1926 source and then confirm federal or State Plan jurisdiction, related rules, interpretations, and employer programs. ASTM standards should be identified by designation, title, edition, and project citation. Their copyrighted full text is not reproduced by CONHUBAI and must be accessed through an authorized ASTM or project license.

Safety responsibility stays with the workplace

Employers and other responsible parties retain their legal duties to identify and correct hazards, comply with applicable standards, provide required training, maintain programs and records, and use competent or qualified persons where required. Never use the service instead of emergency procedures, a site-specific plan, required permit, inspection, training, or stop-work authority.

Project and professional authority

Only people or entities with the required contractual authority, license, delegated responsibility, or government jurisdiction may approve designs, interpret controlling requirements, accept work, authorize changes, certify compliance, or direct regulated activity. Users must confirm the correct decision-maker and document the official response outside the AI tool.

Truthful marketing and subscriptions

Product descriptions, testimonials, performance claims, prices, renewal terms, refund terms, and cancellation methods must be truthful and conspicuous. CONHUBAI does not promise employment, credentials, promotions, project savings, legal compliance, or error-free results. Paid enrollment requires affirmative agreement and a reasonably simple cancellation method.

Privacy, security, and confidential information

Collect only information genuinely needed to provide the service, limit access, use reasonable safeguards, and dispose of information when it is no longer needed. Users must remove sensitive or restricted project data before submission and confirm they have authorization to use every uploaded document.

Intellectual property and outside programs

Do not upload or publish material without permission. References to government agencies, credentials, companies, standards, or training providers do not imply affiliation or endorsement. CONHUBAI does not issue OSHA cards, PMP or other third-party credentials, professional licenses, continuing-education credit, or government-recognized certification.
