PAID MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Purchase and Subscription Agreement
Effective and last updated: July 28, 2026
1. Agreement at purchase
When you select a paid plan and submit payment, you authorize the displayed recurring charge and agree to this Purchase Agreement, the Terms and Conditions, and the Privacy Policy.
2. Plans and included access
Your checkout page identifies the selected plan, price, monthly or annual billing period, included features, renewal choice, seat count when applicable, paid-through date, and any trial or promotional terms. Free Trial, Professional, and Premium currently include one named user. Multi-user sharing is not included until separate-login roles and access controls are released and explicitly shown in the purchase summary. Organization access is a paid, controlled pilot requiring a written scope, security review, quote, measurement plan, and separate order terms; it is not a self-service purchase. Features and usage allowances may vary by plan. Material reductions to a paid plan will be communicated as required by law.
3. Billing period and renewal authorization
Monthly plans run from the purchase date to the corresponding date in the next month. Annual plans run from the purchase date to the corresponding anniversary date in the following year, subject to payment-processor timing and applicable law. If you choose automatic renewal, then by affirmatively checking the purchase acknowledgement and completing checkout, you authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method at checkout and on each stated renewal date until you turn renewal off. Automatic renewal is presented as the default interface choice, but it is not authorized by silence or a prechecked consent box: you must expressly accept the disclosed terms before payment. If you choose manual renewal, no future renewal charge is authorized and access expires at the end of the paid term unless you make another purchase. Taxes may be added when required and will be disclosed before payment when calculable.
4. Cancellation
You may turn off automatic renewal at any time through the online account membership controls or through the private Contact the Team form. We will not require a more burdensome cancellation method than the method used to subscribe. Turning renewal off prevents the next renewal charge. Paid access continues through the exact paid-through date shown in the account, whether the term is monthly or annual; cancellation does not create an additional paid period. Manual-renewal plans require no cancellation because they expire automatically. Keep your cancellation confirmation.
5. Refunds
Monthly and annual payments are generally nonrefundable after the paid term begins because access is made available immediately. Annual access therefore ordinarily remains available through its paid-through anniversary date even if renewal is turned off early; the unused portion is not ordinarily refunded. Exceptions apply where required by law, where a different promise is shown at checkout or in an organization order, where we determine a billing error occurred, or where the service operator approves a refund. This section does not limit nonwaivable consumer rights or prevent a good-faith billing dispute.
6. Price changes
We may change subscription prices prospectively. Existing subscribers will receive advance notice when required, and the new price will apply no earlier than a future renewal date. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
6A. Organization seats and member changes
The Organization plan serves companies, contractors, universities, and training programs under one structure and supports up to 20,000 active seats. The displayed starting price is US $100 per month for the workspace and two owner or administrator seats, plus US $25 per month for each additional active employee or learner seat. Annual estimates use US $1,000 for the base workspace plus US $250 for each additional active seat, subject to the final checkout or written order. Administrators may invite, deactivate, remove, replace, or change members without sharing credentials. Removing or deactivating a member ends that person’s access, but reducing the purchased seat count normally affects a future invoice or renewal rather than refunding the already-paid term. Added seats may be prorated for the remaining term. The checkout, quote, or order form controls the final seat count, proration, taxes, renewal, and effective dates.
7. AI-service acknowledgement
You understand that payment provides access to AI-assisted tools—not guaranteed project outcomes, professional advice, approvals, certifications, or error-free documents. Every output remains subject to your independent review and the responsibilities stated in the Terms.
8. Account and payment information
You agree to provide accurate account and payment information and to keep it current. Payment information is handled by the payment processor under its own terms and privacy practices.
9. Purchase records and receipts
After each completed initial charge and successful renewal, we send a payment receipt to the billing email on the account and place a copy in Account & Billing. Keep your billing email current. Receipts show the plan, amount, currency, date, and payment reference; they do not display a complete card number. We may retain records of plan selection, price disclosure, consent, transactions, renewals, cancellation, and related communications as reasonably needed for billing, support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Keep your receipts and cancellation confirmations.
10. Availability, misuse, and termination
Paid access may be suspended for failed payment, fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, or material violation of the Terms. If we terminate a paid plan without cause before the end of a paid period, we will provide any refund required by applicable law. Ending access does not erase payment obligations already incurred.
11. Entire purchase agreement
This Purchase Agreement, the checkout disclosures, the Terms and Conditions, and the Privacy Policy form the complete agreement for your purchase. If a checkout disclosure conflicts with this page about a specific price or promotion, the clearer, transaction-specific disclosure controls to the extent permitted by law.
12. Contact
Submit billing, cancellation, or general-support questions through the private Contact the Team form.
