CONHUBAIPROJECT INTELLIGENCE

Terms and Conditions

Effective and last updated: July 28, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, accessing the service, or using any generated output, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and, when purchasing a paid plan, our Purchase Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service provides

CONHUBAI provides AI-assisted drafts, templates, educational explanations, workflow suggestions, career-development tools, and document exports. Outputs are starting points for review. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, current, compliant, approved, or suitable for a particular project.

3. No professional advice or authority

The service does not provide legal, engineering, architectural, accounting, employment, safety, code, regulatory, contractual, or other licensed professional advice. It cannot approve work, direct a contractor, interpret a contract conclusively, certify compliance, authorize cost or schedule changes, replace a competent person, or make emergency decisions. Consult the appropriate qualified and authorized professional.

4. Your review and responsibility

You remain responsible for every decision and document you use. Before relying on, sharing, signing, submitting, printing, or issuing an output, you must review it against current drawings, specifications, contracts, approved submittals, codes, laws, manufacturer instructions, company procedures, site conditions, and other controlling information. Remove errors, confirm calculations and dates, identify assumptions, and obtain required approvals.

5. Safety and emergencies

Do not rely on the service for an emergency, imminent hazard, rescue plan, medical decision, or stop-work determination. Follow applicable law, employer programs, site-specific plans, and directions from authorized safety personnel and emergency services. AI-generated safety content does not replace training, inspections, permits, a competent or qualified person, or task-specific planning.

6. Information you submit

You must have the right and permission to submit information. Do not upload restricted, classified, export-controlled, privileged, personally sensitive, or confidential project information unless you are authorized and its processing is permitted. You are responsible for removing unnecessary personal and confidential details.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully; misrepresent AI output as a licensed certification or approval; infringe another person’s rights; upload malicious content; bypass access or usage controls; access another account; disrupt the service; or use outputs to deceive, endanger, discriminate against, or harm people.

8. Your representations

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement; that information you provide is accurate; that you have authority to use the account and submit its content; and that your use will comply with applicable laws, project obligations, professional rules, licenses, permits, policies, and third-party rights. If you use the service for an employer or organization, you are responsible for confirming that organization authorizes your use.

9. Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, use a unique password, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Free Trial and Professional plans permit one named user. Premium permits a workspace with up to three named users. Organization access permits the purchased number of named users. Each person must use a separate login; passwords and verification codes may not be shared. Workspace owners may invite, remove, or replace members within the plan limit. You may not sell or transfer access, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass seat limits, or attempt to obtain administrative access. You are responsible for activity through accounts and workspaces you control to the extent allowed by law.

10. Ownership and permitted use

You retain rights you already hold in information you submit. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use generated outputs for your work. Because AI systems may produce similar material for different users, outputs may not be unique. You must independently check third-party rights before publishing or commercializing an output.

11. Feedback and product suggestions

If you voluntarily submit a feature request or product suggestion, you permit us to evaluate, use, adapt, and implement the idea without compensation or confidentiality obligations. This does not transfer ownership of project documents or other content you submit for processing.

12. Third-party services and no affiliation

The service may link to or operate through independent providers. CONHUBAI is not sponsored, endorsed, certified, or approved by OSHA, PMI, government agencies, software vendors, educational providers, or other referenced organizations unless expressly stated in writing. Third-party names and links are provided for identification or convenience, and their own terms apply.

13. Records and document control

The service is not your official project record, document-control system, backup service, or required retention archive. You are responsible for revision control, distribution, signatures, approvals, access permissions, retention, backup, and preserving the authoritative copy of every project document.

14. Availability and changes

The service may be offered as a private preview, beta, or developing product. Features, limits, pricing, models, integrations, and availability may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. Preview access is not a promise of future availability. We may update these Terms and will post the updated date. Material changes will apply prospectively as required by law.

15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, compliance, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CONHUBAI and its service operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, project delay, rework, injury, property damage, penalties, or business interruption arising from use of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

17. Responsibility for third-party claims

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CONHUBAI and its service operator from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, your content, your violation of another person’s rights, or your use of an output without the required independent review. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own unlawful conduct.

18. Disputes and governing law

Before filing a claim, each party agrees to send a written description through the private Contact the Team form, selecting “Legal or compliance notice,” and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it, unless urgent relief is reasonably necessary. These Terms are governed by Michigan law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent another law must apply. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Michigan will be the agreed forum, subject to any nonwaivable consumer rights. Nothing here prevents an eligible claim in small-claims court.

19. General provisions

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or agreement without permission; we may transfer the agreement as part of a lawful reorganization or sale of the service. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable Purchase Agreement form the entire agreement concerning the service.

20. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for a material violation, unlawful activity, security threat, nonpayment, or misuse. You may stop using the service at any time. Paid-plan cancellation is governed by the Purchase Agreement.

21. High-impact and automated decisions

Do not use the service as the sole basis for hiring, firing, promotion, discipline, credit, insurance, housing, legal rights, medical decisions, emergency response, safety-critical control, or another decision that may materially affect a person. A qualified and authorized human must review the relevant facts, requirements, and potential impacts.

22. Regional requirements

Codes, laws, labor rules, safety requirements, licensing standards, contract obligations, and industry practices differ by location and change over time. Selecting a jurisdiction helps organize questions but does not confirm legal compliance. You must verify current requirements with the controlling authority, contract documents, employer, and qualified professionals before acting.

23. Contact

Submit questions about these Terms or billing through the private Contact the Team form.

AI-assisted downloads and audit receipts

Downloaded files are AI-assisted working drafts and are not project approval, professional authorization, code interpretation, engineering, legal advice, or a substitute for the user’s company review process. Signed-in downloads may receive an account-linked audit receipt showing the tool, format, and time of download. A receipt does not make the output correct or transfer responsibility for review, approval, submission, or use. You remain responsible for verifying the content and obtaining every required review and authorization before use.
