HOW INFORMATION IS HANDLED
Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: July 28, 2026
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect account information such as name and email address; authentication and account status; subscription, transaction, and cancellation records; communications with support; feedback; device and security logs; and prompts, text, files, images, or other material you choose to submit.
Limited product events: We may record a small allowlisted event—such as opening a workspace, sending the first prompt, reopening a conversation, an upload failure, or starting checkout—together with the page and coarse product category. These events do not include prompt text, conversation content, filenames, project names, prices entered by users, or document contents. Browser Global Privacy Control disables this product-event request.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the requested features, authenticate users, generate outputs, process and document purchases, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, investigate security events, enforce agreements, comply with law, and protect users and the service.
3. AI processing
Information submitted to an AI feature may be sent to an AI service provider to generate the requested response. Do not submit content unless you are authorized to have it processed in this manner. AI outputs can repeat or infer information and must be reviewed before use.
Session-only project documents: Files attached to the project-document template feature are processed for the current request and are not intentionally saved by CONHUBAI to an account document library, project history, or analytics record. The browser keeps the working attachment only for the current page session unless you remove it sooner. Submitted content may still be transmitted to service providers needed to read the file or generate the requested output, subject to this policy and their applicable processing terms.
Conversations and device preferences: Signed-in Adviser conversations—including their title, messages, selected specialist, project-detail fields, and generated result—are saved to the account until the user deletes them or they are handled under the service’s account-retention process. Conversation access is restricted to the signed-in user through database row-level security. Code-access preview conversations remain temporary in the current browser tab. Non-content preferences, preconstruction work, optional Academy records, and portfolio records may stay on the device; the applicable screens identify that storage and provide export or clearing controls where available. Prompts and content submitted for generation are also processed by the AI provider as explained above.
4. Construction and workplace information
You are responsible for removing unnecessary names, contact information, medical information, personnel records, financial data, access credentials, security-sensitive facility details, bid-confidential material, protected owner information, and other restricted content. CONHUBAI is not designed to serve as the official repository for regulated or sensitive project records.
5. Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers that support hosting, authentication, databases, AI processing, email, document generation, analytics, security, and payment processing. They may process information on our behalf under their own contractual and legal obligations. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with lawful process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transfer, subject to applicable law.
6. Payment information
Payment-card details are submitted to the payment processor rather than intentionally stored by CONHUBAI. We may receive transaction identifiers, plan, payment status, dates, and limited billing details needed to administer the subscription.
7. Retention
We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including account operation, billing records, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Retention periods vary by information type and applicable requirements. Device-local content may remain on your device until you remove it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the service. No internet service can promise absolute security. You must use a unique password, enable available multi-factor authentication, restrict account access, and promptly report suspected misuse through the private Contact the Team form.
9. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information by contacting us. Some information may be retained when reasonably required for security, billing, legal compliance, or the establishment and defense of claims. Marketing communications, if offered, will include applicable opt-out options.
10. Children
The service is intended for adults and workplace or higher-education use. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Users under 18 may not purchase a subscription.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the new effective date. Submit privacy questions, requests, and security reports through the private Contact the Team form.
12. Information that must still be retained
Operating the service still requires limited records that are not project content: account and authentication information, plan and payment status, cancellation records, support communications, security events, and non-content usage counters used to enforce plan limits. Payment processors retain transaction information under their own policies. We do not promise that internet transmission or third-party processing is risk-free, and we do not describe project content as anonymous when it may contain identifying details supplied by the user.
